Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the details you send through the free homepage preview form on sharpewebservices.com. The short version: we use them only to reply to you, we don't sell or share them for marketing, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

What we collect

When you send the form, we receive:

• Your name, business name, and email address
• Your phone number and current website, if you add them
• What you need and any message you write

To stop spam, our server also briefly records a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your internet address, so it can limit how many requests come from one place. We can't turn it back into your address.

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your request, prepare your free homepage preview, and talk with you about a website. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing.

How it's sent and stored

• The form sends your details over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• The server checks the details and emails them to us through Amazon's email service. The form contents aren't saved in a database.
• The email arrives in our business inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). That's where your request is kept.
• The scrambled internet address used for spam limits is deleted automatically within 24 hours.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we keep your request for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep it as part of your client records for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details you sent. Email sharpewebservices@gmail.com or call 904-504-5777, and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
