Founding client pricing through March 31, 2027. Extra work, like new pages or a redesign, is $75 an hour or a flat quote, agreed before work starts.

What $50 a month covers
Your site stays online, secure, and backed up. Once a month, send one small change, like new hours, a new photo, or updated prices, and it's done within 3 business days. Bigger changes are quoted up front.

Who you'll work with
I'm Graeme Sharpe, and I design, build, and host every Sharpe Web Services site myself. You deal with one person, from your free preview to every monthly update, anywhere in the Savannah area.
Questions
Do I own my site?
Yes. Once your build is paid, the content and design are yours, and your domain is registered in your name.
What if I cancel?
Hosting has a 12-month minimum. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and you'll get your site files to host anywhere.
What counts as a monthly update?
One request that takes up to 30 minutes, like new hours, a new photo, updated prices, or a changed paragraph. Unused updates don't roll over. Anything bigger is quoted before work starts.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live about a week after you send your details and approve the preview.
Do I have to write anything?
No. Answer a short questionnaire and send a few photos. We write the words, and you approve them.
Can you help me show up on Google?
Every site is built so Google can read it, and Standard includes search setup. No one can honestly promise rankings, so we don't.
