How our visits work
Before the first visit we walk through your home with you, by phone or in person, and agree on a checklist. You can change it any time: skip a room, add the oven, or ask us to focus on the kitchen.
We bring our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products, just leave them out. After each visit you'll get a short note with anything we noticed, like a slow drain or a burnt-out bulb.
